What information do we collect?
We collect both personal and non-personal consumer information.
Personal information is information that identifies you and can be used to contact you on-line or off-line. Information collected will vary depending upon the activity and may include your name, email address, home address, birth date and landline or mobile phone number. For processing transactions, we may also collect either credit card information or bank information, depending on your form of payment. We do not store any credit card information after your transaction is complete.
Non-personal information, alone, cannot be used to identify or contact you. We may collect non-personal information about your use of our online and mobile products and services both on our website and in the course of software usage, as well as when you actively provide it during online activity, purchases and marketing surveys.
How do we use information we collect?
We may use your personal information to manage your account, or to improve the manner by which we operate and offer our products and services, communicate with you about those products and services, and provide effective, timely customer support. Any personal details that you provide shall stay absolutely safe, private, and secure. We follow industry standards to secure personal information stored on our systems. We respect the importance of information security and confidentiality and do not disclose it to outside sources unless required to do so by law, for example to agencies involve in the prevention of crime or fraud.
We may use non-personal information to improve our products and services, to provide software updates and technical support and for troubleshooting bugs.
Internet Log Files
We (and third parties) may maintain log files containing IP addresses. An IP address is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. We use log files to make sure you are entitled to our products, to monitor traffic on our websites, and to troubleshoot technical problems.
Clear GIFs And Tracking Pixels
Clear GIFs are small graphic images placed on a web page, web-based document, or in an email message. They are also known as tags, web bugs, or beacons. Clear GIFs are invisible because they are very small (only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same colour as the background. We may use clear GIFs to gain statistical information for our web pages so that we can personalize user experience. We do not use clear GIFs to collect personal information about you.
